House Rules
A few small rituals that keep every class safe, focused and respectful — for you, your instructor and the women on the mat beside you. We maintain a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment for every woman in the studio.
Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. For Mat classes, grip socks are only needed if you're using a studio mat — you're welcome to bring your own mat or towel. Grip socks are available at reception.
Studio doors lock five minutes after class begins to keep the room safe and focused for everyone. Please arrive on time. Applies to Reformer and Mat classes.
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours deduct one session from your pass.
A missed class without prior cancellation is deducted from your pass, package or membership. Please cancel in advance so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Out of respect for everyone's privacy, filming and taking photographs during class is not permitted. If you would like a photo of the studio, please ask our team before or after your session.
Please disclose any injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions on your intake form and to your instructor before class. Your safety guides every cue we give.
